Agreement to terms
By accessing CoralSnap Ride Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to enroll. Riders are responsible for meeting local licensing requirements for public-road sessions.
Enrollment and payment
- Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from us
- Prices may change before purchase; confirmed orders are honored at the agreed price
- Taxes and fees may apply depending on location and venue
Cancellations and rescheduling
- Student-initiated cancellations require at least 72 hours’ notice for a full credit
- Weather or safety-related changes may occur; we will reschedule at no extra cost
- No-shows may forfeit fees due to venue commitments
Rider responsibilities
- Wear required protective gear and maintain your motorcycle in safe working order
- Follow instructor directions and safety briefings at all times
- Disclose relevant health conditions that could affect safe participation
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our site or services, including attempting to disrupt operations, reverse engineer software, or infringe on intellectual property rights.
Disclaimer
Motorcycling involves inherent risks. We provide training and safety guidance, but we cannot eliminate all risks. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoralSnap Ride Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course(s).
Intellectual property
All course materials, curriculum, and site content are owned by CoralSnap Ride Studio or its licensors and are protected by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
